Daily Sketch 09.28.2010

TV Investigator Week continues with Frank Black. Frank is the main character in one of my favorite shows of all time “Millennium”. The series was created by Chris Carter, and ran on Fox for 3 season (making it a senior citizen for shows on Fox).

The series takes place during the years leading up to the year 2000, and follows the investigations of ex-FBI agent Frank Black (portrayed by Lance Henriksen), a law enforcement consultant working for a mysterious organization known as the Millennium Group. the show didn’t make it to the year 2000, as Fox canceled it in 1999, much to the disappointment of fans everywhere.

The producer tried to give the fans some closure with what can best be described as a half assed attempt on a single episode of the already floundering X-Files Season 7 in and episode ingeniously called “Millennium”.

Nice sketch. Now this show I did watch, although I don’t remember it very well.
